We are deeply saddened and condemn the violence in the region.

We feel with the many people who have lost their loved ones

and who are living in fear and terror and in speechless dispair. 

Our only hope is that we continue to talk to each other.

It is the only ground for the truly lasting peace we are all longing for.

Maybe we have to reschedule our next seminar.
